Indoor Cycling
One of my all time favourite classes! Indoor cycling is an amazing way to get fit and get those endorphins pumping! It’s a high energy, instructor led class, and although it has a brutal reputation, you are in control of your bikes and the resistance. Of course you will be encouraged to work and put in as much effort as you can, BUT to your own fitness levels, so there really is no excuse not to give it a go! Its a fantastic workout, and a great way to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness, I guarantee you will feel amazing (maybe with jelly legs) after one of these classes!

Bootcamp
To lots of people the word bootcamp can seem really intimidating, but I assure you my bootcamp classes are fun and designed for all types of bodies, fitness levels, shapes, sizes and ages!! It will usually be a fast paced, endorphin filled, sweaty session, but I like to keep clients on their toes so I will mix it up. You should definitely expect a lot of burpees, and to burn a lot of calories but you should also definitely expect to finish feeling amazing, and wanting to book onto the next one. We will use bodyweight and I will teach you how to use various equipment within the studio.

Steady, Strength & Stretch
A low impact class, perfect for anyone who loves exercise and also for complete beginners as it will be slower paced. You will enjoy a combination of strength exercises as well as plenty of mobility movements and breathing exercises to increase your overall strength, awareness and knowledge of your muscles! It will be a great class for anyone wanting to improve their exercise technique, and their mobility, also for anyone returning from or wanting to reduce their risk of injury. It’s one of my favourite classes as it leaves you feeling confident and empowered.

Sweaty Saturday
Exactly what it says on the tin!! Super fun and super sweaty start to the weekend. It involves simple yet intense exercises of various timings. An ideal way to burn calories and fat while also pushing yourself to new fitness levels. It is designed to make you leaner, feel fitter, shred fat and feel completely energised!!

Love to Lift
This class will focus on building muscle and increasing strength. It will be a full body workout and will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. It is definitely worth mixing up your training with this class, as not only will you have fun and make friends but you will get to push sledges, pull yourself up, lift weights and kettlebells, slam battle ropes and heavy balls… and much more! Feeling strong is such a great feeling and when you start this class it won’t be long before you feel like you can take on the world!

Pilates
These classes will be designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness. Pilates will teach you how to move and feel your bodies and it will give you an awareness of body parts and muscles that you never knew existed. Once you have tried pilates it will change your life forever. I wish everyone could do it and feel the benefits!
As Joseph Pilates said: ‘A man is as young as his spinal column!’


Fit Mums
A specialised low/non impact class for new mums, which will involve different styles of exercises helping you to rebuild core and pelvic strength, cardiovascular fitness, build confidence and meet other mums and babies.

Hyrox
A high-energy class with a mix of running and functional workouts, designed to build strength, stamina, and endurance. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX event or just want a fun, full-body challenge, our coach-led sessions will push you, support you and leave you feeling stronger every week.

Small Group Personal Training
Small group training is the perfect way to get the most out of your training. This option of personal training has all the quality coaching of a one-to-one session, but at a much more affordable price. It will also push you to work harder as there will also be an element of friendly competition from your fellow group members, and you’ll get all the motivational and team-working benefits too, as well as friends for life!
You can organise a group of people yourself to do the session with, or I can organise the group.

Nutritional advice and lots of support from the team
Workouts are a mix of hiit and strength, bodyweight options available if you don't have any equipment
